What’s Hindering My Well-Being?

  • Quick happiness/low satisfaction activities (e.g., social media, addictive behaviors)
  • Loneliness and superficial relationships
  • Over-reliance on convenience 
  • Focus on self
  • Excessive pursuit of wealth

How Can I Promote My Well-Being?

  • Maintaining a few close, meaningful relationships
  • Practice prosocial giving and contentment
  • Focus outside of self
  • Practice mindfulness/meditation (e.g., Lectio Divina)
  • Invest in experiences, not material purchases
  • Exercise regularly
  • Get the sleep you need
  • Improved nutrition
