Despite the vast majority of people feeling concerned about our planet, the question “What can I do? 🤷🏽” is collectively stuck on repeat. So I think it’s about time we start asking a much more curious set of questions like, “Who are you? And how do you show up in relationship?” Because that matters!
Yep, it’s gonna get raw and real (but also playful and silly) as together we discover how your sense of being and belonging with planet, self, and others can help you imagine and create what's possible through the lens of the 5 Earth Archetypes.
Host Amber Peoples chats with her friends about what it means to inhabit their archetype, waxes poetic about her own, and sits with elders that break the mold in wonderful ways.

After criss-crossing at climate events on both coasts, Isaias Hernandez, also known as Queer Brown Vegan, sits down with Amber to discuss being an environmental content creator.
Growing up in poverty in LA, Isaias played in nature but had an a-ha moment when he realized he IS nature. And he’s been breaking down barriers ever since.
Together, we wind our way through the intersection of Western and community-based science and the need for diverse storytelling in both.
And he’s not stopping there. Looking to the future, he’s imaging events, nonprofits, tv, and more into being – while also acknowledging the need for rest to remain curious and creative.

Stephanie Zhong is a brand strategist, storytelling coach, and human design expert who helps heart-led visionaries unlock their hidden brilliance to stand out naturally as an authority in your industry and gain more visibility, influence, and impact.
She brings to her clients more than 20 years of expertise in online media and marketing, for non-profits (including Planned Parenthood and Teach For America), start-ups (including Teach.Org and Work for Humanity) and civic organizations (like the City of Los Angeles). Through her signature program, Own Your Message, she has also helped founders, coaches and consultants go from being best-kept secrets to undeniable authorities.
Her expertise has been featured in Balance the Grind, ShoutOutLA, Washington Post Express and podcasts such as Square Peg Entrepreneurs, Coach the Coach, LifeForce, and the You Should Write A Book About That. Stephanie has an M.A. in Comparative Literature from UCLA, a B.A. in English and African American Studies from Indiana University. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, and is Steph-Mom to two grown sons.

Technologies of Belonging and Connection with special guest Laurence Cole
What is your Earth Archetype? Take the Quiz!
In this conversation, Amber connects with elder, song carrier, and grief tender Laurence Cole. Like a fine 80 year old wine, his complexity extends beyond any one Earth Archetype.
In Laurence’s own words, “I have had one abiding thread of interest throughout my life; that is, when, where and how have human beings lived in a respectful, sacred, equitable relationship with each other and the rest of nature, and what arts and practices enabled them to do so and transmit such attitudes and behaviors to the coming generations.”
With an almost ASMR quality, listen in for both the importance and the technologies of belonging and connection. (Hint: this does not have anything to do with social media). In fact, all 4 technologies can be done with just the human body. As you’ll soon hear, tapping into ancestral wisdom definitely helps too.
