Before you begin, move into a comfortable place; lie down or sit in a nourishing meditative seat, maybe you even light a candle or sage your space to centre and get ready to go inwards. If it feels right for you, use headphones for a more profound experience.

Today's practice invites you to move into the frequency of calm. As we flow into the holiday season this practice invites you to tune into the rhythm and cadence of your breath and breathe into the essence of calm wherever you may be.
