Step Up on my Grocery shopping

I truly enjoyed listening to part 1 & 2 of what should be on my grocery list to rip the benefits. Some I already buy (ie eggs, olive oil, blueberries, salmon & believe it or not, seaweed), however, it was truly uplifting and invigorating learning how good they are for the body as a whole! I will definitely keep the items recommended when I go grocery shopping. Thank you Chef Thiede for enlightening abs educating us!
What a refreshing subject and revelation!

We as the average Blacks are not usually very well versed in professional cooking, wins , etc., as a consequence we rarely have an interest in these things! However; I was refered to this podcast by someone like me who was themselves introduced to it and was very pleasantly surprised and interest was not only peaked but a bit compelled to share this new found interest in life! I am now likewise smitten and will not only be excited for the next podcast by Chef Channon Thiede! I will become an avid fan and recruiter of others to share this new found area not normally enjoyed by us as a people! Chief Thiede you did a n awesome job and I/We will be looking forward to sharing our future with you! All Our best to you and yours! Oh! By the way I am also a retired Vietnam Era Air Force Veteran!
