Edging closer to the US elections (10 October 2024)

With less than 25 days to go until the US presidential elections, Eimear Daly is joined by Brian Daingerfield to discuss how the outcome may affect the fortunes of the dollar, as well as the US economy. Given the continuity of Democratic policy courtesy of the incumbent, it looks like markets are pricing in, and pricing out, a Trump victory. But does this extend to potential Republican control of the White House, the Senate and the House?
