Customer Reviews
The absolute best!
I cannot tell you how much I look forward to the enormous pleasure of listening to Edit Your Life each week. Christine Koh has a wonderful voice that I find very calming. Her topics and guests are very well chosen and thoughtful. She is an excellent interviewer, asking terrific and genuinely curious questions. Her solo episodes (including her pop-in mini-edits) are equally, if not more compelling, offering a lovely take on small change and “everyday micro-delights”. I enjoy each episode so, so much. Christine and her podcast help me to see the both the thorny questions and the everyday minutiae of life as something more expansive and maybe even sacred.
Brilliant Advice from a Smart Woman
I came over to the podcast due to Christine’s popular Substack, and the expert advice continues. Christine makes me see the world in a new way, and I walked away from my first episode with things I could put into action immediately.
A Goldilocks podcast about what matters most!
I’ve tuned into several episodes of Edit Your Life and I’ve quickly become a fan. I call it my ‘Goldilocks’ podcast because—for me—it has that ‘just right’ mix of ‘expert insights’ AND the ‘real life actions’ we can all take toward shaping a life that more closely aligns to what we want. As well, it’s a ’just right’ window of time—lots to glean from each episode…without biting into my schedule too hard!
I particularly loved the episode with Ellen Galinski—who has just released a new book on adolescent development. I leaned so much about the gap between the teenage brain’s risk assessment and self-regulation systems—and WHY this is so important as teens pivot outward to face the challenges of the wider world!
And I smiled to myself as they talked about how we may feel like chauffeurs, but that ‘car time’ with teens seems to be the ‘just right’ place for many of our teens to open up and share a bit.
Thanks Christine for continuing to bring on such excellent guests—and designing/navigating that Goldilocks balance of time, insight and practically for your listeners.
