Makes me miss my long commute

I started listening to Happier right as Gretchen and Liz were starting out and I had a 40 minute drive to work each day. I love all of the advice and the try this at home segments. Gretchen and Liz are totally down to earth, even though they both have these fabulous careers that many of us can only fantasize about.

Over the years, I’ve listened to a number of podcasts, but none have had the staying power of Happier. Even when I get behind on listening, I refuse to skip episodes because I don’t want to miss any of Gretchen and Liz’s funny stories or smart advice.

Fox News ad 😳😡

Before A Little Bit Happier, an ad for Fox News ran. What the ...?!?! I’m definitely not the demographic for that network.

This did not make me happier.

News ad is happiness demerit!

I am a longtime faithful subscriber and formerly gave this podcast a 5 star rating. I love the Happiness podcasts, in part, because they help me focus on things other than the news. Imagine my surprise today when A Little Happier began with an ad for all day news coverage of a divisive issue. I will have to unsubscribe if these ads continue. They steal my happiness!
