Thought provoking and helpful!

I love the dynamics between sisters Gretchen and Elizabeth. I can listen to them talk forever! They’re able to keep it light yet serious. I love the topics of discussions and have found some “try this at home” strategies life changing! This is my favorite podcast!

Cute & Quirky Podcast

This really is just a heartwarming podcast about 2 sisters on opposite sides of the country who are very devoted to teaching the world how to be happier, together. Gretchen's bubbly moods are infectious (even though I'm more of a Liz myself) and get you excited about the topics they discuss. They treat their callers with respect and it's always nice to hear them give out "gold stars" to the people in their lives whom they admire. Gretchen's personality framework has been a huge key to understanding why I behave the way I do and what I can do to set myself up for success. The "happiness hacks" are my favorite, and often they get me thinking of my own hacks I can use to make good habits easier. It's genuine, goofy, and an all-around good time, I highly recommend it.

Great show but the excessive ads are going to drive me away.

Great, valuable self help info, but the excessive ads are sending me away. Most unfortunate.
