Ashley Hill is a veteran K-13educator of 14 years in Houston, TX. She currently serves as the school culture coordinator for The
Rhodes School for performing arts where she focuses on being an advocate for positive behavior systems and organizational change. She holds a bachelors in English, a Masters in theological studies, and is a doctoral student at Baylor University. She is an advocate for social
Justice and a believer and practitioner of restorative justice and Anti-racist/anti-bias education and equity development. Her educational specialties include restorative practices, project and action based learning, and student led initiatives for social change. Rahni Davis is a 23-year old millennial who is searching to find more of her purpose. While being in love with travel and building relationships with others, she has found success in mentorship and education along the way. In May of 2019, Rahni graduated from New York University with an individualized concentration. Rahni’s next stop was in the field of education as an educator in Dallas Fort Worth, for 6th and 7th grade math scholars. In September 2019, Rahni began her journey as a retail trader within the foreign exchange market. As Rahni continues to find her purpose, she hopes to have an impact on everyone she comes in contact with.

One motto she lives by is:
“I will never look down, unless I am bringing someone up..”
