Dr. Edward Botchwey is an Associate Professor in the Walter H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland followed by a Master’s of Engineering and a PhD at the University of Pennsylvania. He was an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia before ultimately being recruited to Georgia Tech. In this episode, we discuss his journey and his approach to mentorship with one of his former trainees, our associate producer Nusaiba Baker.
