She decided to pursue an idea to create a nonprofit initiative to quantify, qualify, and promote responsible dog-friendliness in America like no one had done to date.
Since then, she has conducted more than 500 face-to-face interviews in 18 states with thought leaders from economic development and animal advocacy to tourism and law enforcement. Beth and her partner in crime, Tom Everhart, led the nation’s largest dog-friendly research initiative and are creating a national movement to change the world, one wet nose at a time. Wagtown is a global movement for authentic and responsible dog-friendly people and communities.
