This is my new podcast I am binging. So insightful, so fun, so good.

I want to adore this podcast, but the audio quality is regularly lacking ( clicking through the whole episode, can-like sound, etc). Additionally, there is such constant pitching for the private classes that I am left feeling like the message of the podcast was just a hook to get me to listen to and then join the private classes.

I just finished Angelica’s March 3rd ep with Dr. Teitelbaum, and I was nodding my head, saying, “yes, yes!” the whole time! I’m a perinatal social worker/therapist turned Ayurvedic coach who absolutely subscribes to the tenants provided in this pod ep.! I resonated so much with episode #64 about having a heart centered entrepreneurial business, and episode #59 with the nurse practitioner combining ancient wisdom and modern science!
