    Why do we look for the easy button? A magic wand to fix things quickly. But we all know, it doesn't actually work like that. I am a huge advocate for spirituality is simple, but it is not necessarily easy. Doing our soul work is key to our growth and evolution. Our willingness to feel, acknowledge and accept. Then to take what you have learned and do something with it. Healing is a journey, not just a one stop shop. We must be willing to move through the experience of being human and all that it brings.
