The Research Briefs podcast aims to continue to raise the profile of engineering education research by exploring new frameworks, new methods, and new findings with the scholars who created them.     Enacting resistance and activism: Dr. Donna Riley speaks to us about mechanisms for traversing the U.S. academic landscape amongst the unrest

    This two part episode is a continuation of our conversation with Dr. Cindy Atman. In part one, she shared an intriguing history of engineering education and the role of centers in establishing the field (Pt. 1). But in part two she shares the wisdom she has gained related to leadership in engineering education.     Community Engaged Scholarship with Dr. DeLean Tolbert Smith, centering Black family studies, engineering design knowledge in the classroom and informal settings
