Jeremy Lalk 01/05/20 Jeremy kicks off our year with a message that looks at the purpose behind John's Gospel (or "Euangelion," the Good News). There are several themes that are presented throughout the Book of John: Belief, Life, Light, and Jesus Christ as the Messiah are some of the major themes. The Gospel of John is written in a manner much different from the other three Biblical Gospels. It's structured to take us from the revelation of the Word made flesh in the Person of Jesus through the signs that prove He is Messiah, to His final discourse, resurrection and his challenge to his disciples.
