I love this show. From Patricia and Nicole’s soothing voices talking about important topics, while embracing the whole being human and always growing and learning, and a self-help show where the hosts check their sources, while also providing guidance, resources, reading suggestions. I am definitely going to link the How To Find a Therapist episode to my therapy website, it’s so thorough and thoughtful. I wish I could fully articulate the hug of a show this show is for me. Highly recommend you give it a listen and go through the previous episodes!

Self-help can be such a cringe term because it is often geared to one group of people. One of the reasons I love EEDA is that it is self AND community help. My life and wellbeing have improved thanks to this podcast and the information provided.

Info positive and lovely company

Listening to Suzi and Nicole on this podcast brings such joy! They clearly enjoy each other and getting to share the information and insights they prepare for each episode. I learn something with every listen and walk away with some constructive insight to ponder and apply in my own life. The world can feel icky and impossible sometimes, yet a little time with them makes me feel a bit lighter and more prepared to care for myself and others.
