Ep.3 Jessika Alexander Jessika Alexander is the USA Skateboarding team Trainer and the Nike SB Athletic Trainer. She specializes in preventive strength and conditioning in for “non traditional athletes.” Jess has had the privilege of working with humans of all ages ranges and backgrounds. Ranging from professionals in the NBA to JV soccer teams but has found her biggest passion in the skateboarding community. She believes in the power of the human spirit and connecting people through movement. “The more in touch with our bodies we are.. the more physically strong and resilient we make them, the more strong and resilient we will be in every aspect of our lives.
