On July 8, 1991, the body of 27-year-old Douglas Wagg, Jr. turned up on a lone stretch of railroad tracks that border the small city of Williamston, North Carolina. How he got there and how he died has remained a mystery for more than 33 years. In the first episode of CounterClock season six, Delia turns back time to unravel Doug’s life story and get a better sense of who he was, where he was from and why his family is fighting to figure out what happened to him.
