Hello, Hello and welcome to the description! This episode was just a little announcement and explanation to educate what a day in the life of me is. The gogle definition of ADHD is a mental condition, beginning in childhood and often persisting into later life. This is completely wrong. It sort of is a mental condition but really its just my foot going up, down, up, down and also I'm either really focused at a conversation with you, or completely looking at that bird in the tree.
