So how I go about my personal growth, is journaling. Its like a way to study yourself inside and out. Learn you better then anyone every could. This could with all the difficult challenges you perceive in your life. Most of the time the drama is pretty how you see things and allow yourself to react to them. Your the only one who should truly be able to make your self happy and allow yourself to feel sad, mad or angry.
