She has worked for Uber and been on the board of directors at WeWork. Her research investigates how leaders create the conditions for organizations and individuals to thrive by designing for excellence in strategy, operations and culture.
The topic is her co-authored book Move Fast and Fix Things: The Trusted Leader's Guide to Solving.
