In this week's conversation, I'm expanding on the discussion started in last week's episode, EP. 121 Bad Things Happen To Good Girls, around the good girl syndrome.

Last week I shared that we think if we are living by the standard of the good girl, then the good girl doesn't have problems, and so we believe having a problem is a problem, but it's not.

The problem is that we think “this” shouldn't be happening because “this” doesn't happen to good girls. Not true. The good girl standard is the problem. And this standard is causing us to feel like we are not good enough.

These are thought errors that are holding us back from growing and thriving in our epic-ness. Let’s correct these thought errors by redefining good enough.

So grab a pen and paper then press play to tune into this interactive episode to learn how to redefine good enough.

And if you need additional support with releasing the  “good girl syndrome”, get on the waitlist for the Deeply Rooted Group Coaching Program by visiting www.brigjohnson.com/group for more details.
