As humans, we can become addicted to anything, and the craziest part is that once you're addicted to something you almost never can tell until someone else brings it to your attention. So next we talk about bad habits and highlight how they can transform into becoming addictions over time. We also go into some ways to help fight addictions that you may face in the future. Then we wrap things up by briefly thinking about our childhoods and what we faced in the hood growing up.
