The Business Case For Women's Sports

In episode #130 of 🎙️The Business Case For Women’s Sports, presented by Ally, Caroline sits down with Andrea Yoch, a co-founder and the Chair of Investor Relations at the Minnesota Aurora Football Club.

The Minnesota Aurora is a women-led, community-owned, pre-professional soccer club playing in the USL W League.✨

Back in 2021, the club made waves by launching a new model of community ownership in women’s sports that allows individuals to become a community owner of the team by investing $100 or above.💰

Since launching, over 3,080 people have invested to become community owners of the team, and now the Aurora are looking towards continued expansion and growth. 👀

In this episode, hear Andrea tell the founding story behind the Minnesota Aurora, and talk about how the club has innovated to create a new way for people to invest in women’s sports.👏
