Ep. 157 Doing the Work of Losing 165 Pounds: Paul Becker's Health Journey
At age 34 when facing a spinal cord injury and the limitations of weighing 400 pounds, Paul decided that he had to do better. Without a tradition of nutritious eating, Paul made the choice to change his everyday normal. Motivated to grasp the vitality of living, he embarked on a purposeful journey to a healthier future. Through extensive research, rigorous exercise and select foods coupled with an enormous amount of grit, Paul did the work of losing over 165 pounds. While he is still on this weight loss journey, he shares his motivation and some practical tips for what to eat to succeed.
