Ep 160 – Hamstring Strain Injury: Rehab, Eccentric Loading, and Return-to-Play with Dr. Ryan Timmins

PT Pro Talk

💭” We don't typically get athletes back quicker by introducing eccentric loading earlier, but we do make them stronger and possibly improve their capacity to withstand damage’’ - Dr. Ryan Timmins

Our guest, Dr. Ryan Timmins PT, Ph.D is an Associate Professor at the Australian Catholic University (Brisbane). Originally from Brisbane, Dr. Ryan undertook his PhD in Melbourne and lived there for 10 years before returning home to Queensland.
