Jennifer’s approach to weight loss is amazing! I mean who really wants to spend all their time wrapped up in diets anyway?! Not me! This podcast a great resource for those who want to lose weight and keep it off without wasting time in yo-yo diets! Definitely worth staying tuned in to learn from all of here wisdom and guidance!

I really love all the podcast but the 100th podcast was very helpful and on time! I listened feeling empowered.. that I can do this! My body can get to my goal weight!! I just have to keep going.. keep the data.. trust the process and do the work! These podcasts are so helpful! I listen to them repeatedly! Jennifer is amazing! This is a great podcast for weight loss motivation! Jennifer’s personal experience as a reformed dieter is something most women struggling with weight issues can relate to. She understands what we’ve been through and offers interesting and fresh new perspectives on how to revise your mindset so you can lose weight and keep it off. She encourages positive thinking, daily visualization of goals, eating accordingly to physical hunger, and planning meals strategically so that you eat with intention rather than due to emotion, stress, habit, etc. Her approach to weight loss is fun and empowering, and does not feel like deprivation and “dieting.” She’s funny, relatable, and makes a whole lot of sense.
