    Unresolved Ep 20: Fred Hale

    Summit County Sheriff's deputy Fred Hale became a millionaire after the death of his parents. His dad had made a small fortune as the inventor of the balloon tire. Hale was a minor local celebrity as the "millionaire deputy," and became well known to businessmen with whom he invested, many ladies he had relationships with (including two ex-wives), and lots of folks in the underworld after he later sought to become a private detective. This story details the main suspect, Brandon Lee Flagner, and his life of crime and bizarre involvement in Tiffany's disappearance. After he retracted his confession, the wheels were already in motion and a guilty verdict seemed certain despite the lack of evidence. Find out what happens.
