This week Farley is flying solo. The opening conversation focuses on 2 running news stories that made mainstream headlines. First the story of Noah Lyles calling out the NBA for calling their NBA Finals the "World Champs". Then the talk is of the marathon in Mexico City that DQ'ed 11,000 runners for cutting the course. Farley is then joined by Hilary Biggs the Race Director for the DC Half. The DC Half Marathon is September 17th, and has had record sign ups. Hilary talks about her journey from working in Sports in DC 20+ years ago to now where she is putting on one of the largest Half Marathons in the DC area. In her first ever podcast, Hilary nails it!
