Paula and her husband, Jonathan, co-founded Apogee Capital a multifamily real estate investment firm where they syndicate apartments in Texas and Oklahoma.
Jonathan Nichols is a real estate investor local to the DFW metroplex. He began his REI career after having worked for six years in the aerospace engineering industry. He holds a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M and Virginia Polytechnical Institute. He is a member of the Michael Blank Investor Incubator Program and of the Deal Maker Mastermind. His past real estate projects include a 100 unit multifamily in the Tulsa MSA as a GP, 42 units in Austin as an LP, numerous residential real estate investments, and a top-rated short-term rental business in the Arlington Entertainment District.
Paula Nichols is a real estate professional with experience in project management, investment analysis, and contract negotiation. She began her career as a management consultant where she worked on multiple projects with clients in the banking and utility sectors. Paula also works as a pre-development project manager where she manages single-family rental and lot development projects ranging from $14MM to $25MM in value. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration - Finance from Texas A&M University. Paula is a licensed real estate agent.
