However, she is no newcomer in the wellness business; you may know her work as the founder of Unorthodox Therapy Inc. The first-ever women advocacy non-profit co-op supporting women's mental health and local women-owned businesses in Philadelphia.

She now prides herself in Philanthropy work as a mental health advocate, podcast host, wife, and, most importantly, a mentally healthy mother. She's originally from Los Angeles and currently resides in the city of Sisterly Love.
