I have been a fan of Holly’s for years, and I was thrilled when she announced she was coming out with a podcast. Holly has so much experience with fitness and nutrition, and she represents women over 35 who want to be HEALTHY. Her concepts are easy to understand and follow, and each episode is the perfect length and content (no eyes glazing over from too much information). Here’s to staying active, eating for health and fun, building muscle, and living a long and full life!!
