Originally from Washington, Oklahoma, James has built a remarkable career in the NFL as a trusted long snapper for the Chiefs. Since joining the team in 2015, he’s been an essential part of their special teams unit, contributing to multiple Super Bowl victories. With 18 career playoff wins, he’s currently tied with Travis Kelce for fifth-most all-time playoff wins in NFL history. Off the field, James is just as passionate about hunting—from chasing ducks in the marsh to bowhunting midwest whitetail and wild turkeys—and he’s passing down his love for the outdoors to his 7-year-old son, Jase.
