Ep# 10 - We're back! Working from Home, Daily Habits, Meditation & Chats

Hello Everybody!! Wow, it has been a minute but we are back. During the intensity that was 2020, we took an unofficial break from the podcast for a little while but 2021 is now in full swing and we intend to roll with that tide. In this episode, Grace & Katie have what can only be described as a good chin wag covering all sorts of topics from daily habits, meditation and journaling to skincare, psoriasis and eczema, home cooking, ayurvedic body types and how the self-employed life is the life for us.
