Jim Brady, former executive editor of WashingtonPost.com and CEO of Spirited Media, has been on both sides of the coin. He’s been at the forefront of digital journalism from being part of the original WashingtonPost.com launch team and then serving as their executive editor where they won several awards, to managing News and Sports Programming at AOL, and then leading other major news media organizations and their innovation initiatives like Digital First Media before running his own venture.
In this episode, Jim shares the lessons learned on what it took for him to create that momentum for change and innovation in his various roles -- because transformation doesn’t start with technology or systems and processes, it starts with building that winning team.
