Disappointed to listen hoping to learn something just to discover it’s only a flex of successful investors whose major advice is to tell you to join the hosts’ warriors group.

Rod is a legend in this space, and while it’s difficult to determine the “BEST” podcast in any space, it doesn’t get better than Rod. From the expertise he brings to the guests he attracts, this podcast is a must listen to for both new and established investors.

Inspiring story, and I actually enjoy his passion and excitement. But his predictions are far too often wrong (has been predicting stock market crash for years) and he gets too political the latest about THIS administration and then nfl still - I am Republican but let’s be honest - the money printing started under President Trump and inflation was happening no matter who was in office). If I wanted to hear political news, I’d tune into Fox News or CNN. If he wanted to talk about inflation, fine. But to hear about this administration or that, is not why I listen to a real estate podcast. Unsubscribe - disappointing, because I otherwise enjoy him and have learned a lot.

Rod always brings it. Just listened to the episode with Drew Breneman and have to say without a doubt one of the best episodes yet. Rod has so much enthusiasm and knowledge about real estate. I could not recommend this podcast enough. I barely leave reviews but I rarely go a week without listening to at least a couple episodes.
