No one looks forward to having a pelvic exam, but they're necessary for preventative (and diagnostic!) reproductive healthcare. So, if we have to have them, we might as well make them as comfortable as an experience as possible! Today's episode is all about how to advocate for that comfort. This episode is perfect for women new to pelvic exams, or those displeased with their previous experiences. We hope our tips are helpful in equipping you to advocate for your needs, care, and comfort - because those things matter!
NOTE: This episode may not be appropriate for all audiences. It uses anatomical terminology and describes the process of an internal pelvic exam.
