    We explain why such a delay on producing a third episode, but through REALLY thick and thin we managed to get another one to you. Also we cover the importance of physical health, the difference in the types of Diabetics and how TYPE 1 will not go away with diet and exercise. This is also  our first episode with our new INTRO!!!! produced by my friend Calob Broussard. At the end of the episode I drop some recognition to this outstanding man and his 90's cover band TACO. I, Wayne share my battle with Alcohol and Rage monstering while my cohost, Matthew describes and takes you on a more darker mental journey of suicidal thoughts and his awakening moment. We are broken men seeking the Lords guidance, and hoping other men will listen as well.  So we tagged our daily struggle as " Yeah, I'm Workin' on it. Enjoy!
