All I can say is beauty school teaches you how to do hair and work for someone else. Sue teaches you how to work for YOURSELF and never go back to a toxic salon and be independent. When I went to beauty school I literally only went because I wanted to do weddings. I didn’t learn the difference between being on a w—2 or 1099 and what that all meant. You really do need to spend the extra time investing in business courses and specializing in services. Sues course teaches you everything you need to know. I literally quit my job at the salon and only do weddings now and make DOUBLE by working one day a week than what I did working 5-6 days a week in a salon for someone else, killing my back and being unhappy and burnt out. This course and her coaching made everything come full circle and now I am able to hire assistants, expand, built a website, manage my own booking and projects with contracts and automated payments and deposits whereas as before I would just write them into my planner and hope all of the bridesmaid brought cash. No more tracking down Bridesmaids 5 mimosas deep that forgot cash or getting canceled on last minute without a deposit. Sue really teaches you everything and she is always there to help when you have any questions at all. This course and what it entails really gave me back so much time of my life to do more of what I love and I’m so happy I stumbled upon her course on a Facebook page. Also 10 stars on the podcast this is really just a bonus compared to what’s inside her course!! 😍
