    Matt Breitenbach grew up in the Hamptons watching his mom hustle to the top of the realtor food chain. Her Business was booming in the 80s and 90s and as technology evolved and the Hamptons luxury real estate market exploded in the early 2000s Matt joined his mother and brought their traditional brokerage business into the 21st century.    As Matt’s network grew into a client book full of private equity, hedge fund, entertainers and professional athletes he branched out on his own and built the Breitenbach Advisory Team (BAT). Aaron Kirman closed over $2 Billion dollars in residential real estate in 2023 and is the principal of Christie International Estates in Southern California. It was not always champagne and caviar for Kirman. He grew up modestly in the San Fernando Valley and struggled in school as a kid.  He always had a passion for homes and real estate and went to open houses for fun on weekends for years before he ever considered getting into real estate. After getting his real estate license at 19 years old he slogged away for years selling $200k homes in the East Valley. He sold the infamous Spelling Mansion for $119M in 2019 a record price at the time and had been consistently one of the top performing agents in Los Angeles for the past 3 decades. Hilton and Hyland was founded in Beverly Hills in 1993 by Rick Hilton (Nicky and Paris’s dad) and Jeff Hyland, one of the most prolific luxury agents and heralded experts in high end residential real estate in  Los Angeles.
