Additionally, the organization leads trainings, offers guidance, and oversees volunteer projects. Having joined the organization in 2006 as its only employee overseeing a budget of $100,000, he has overseen the organization’s growth to a $3MM budget and engagement of close to 30,000 volunteers annually.  **Welcome to Be The Good with Kate.
