Ep.89 - From Fearful to Fearless and Creating a Safe Space for Yourself

This week I spoke openly about how I was not feeling safe unless I was on my own or alone by myself. It was such a weird feeling and I could feel it in every cell of my body.

What I soon realised that this form of being alone is making me feel safe and going outside of that would make me feel like I was living in fear.

I discovered that this form of feeling only safe when I was by myself is a form on control, controlling the situations from outside events and if I don't have to deal with them I can feel more safe.

What I can now see if that this 'safeness' was actually keeping me stuck in my relationships, my business, my friendships and life in general. Now that I am aware of this I can now work to shift this feeling and belief and move in a forward direction.

Have you ever felt like this before? Not sure how to overcome this? Journalling was my tip today to get it all on to paper and out of your head, honestly journalling is my lifesaver when I can't figure things out.

One thing I want you to understand is that once you become aware it does take some time to work towards the new belief and change your old patterns, so have compassion for yourself.
