As a Disney veteran, he is able to present ideas in simple terms to help you think differently about all aspects of your daily life. This podcast is a gem! I really like how Jeff challenges the listener to view things from different perspectives. The 72 hour challenge allows you to put the concepts into action. Mind, body, spirit, work, and home - all are important and you can thrive in all areas if you are intentional about it. Thanks Jeff and Jody!
