The Resilient Body podcast is hosted by Dr. Ar’neka Cooper - a not so typical chiropractor, myofascial specialist, movement expert and Co-founder of Resilient Spine. Her goal is to to teach people how to take care of their bodies, build sustainable habits and resilience so they can live their best life! Episodes drop every Tuesday morning.
