    Ep10: Moving a cat from Malaga to Scotland by plane, train and automobile

    Today I'm talking about how I (eventually) managed to move my cat from southern Spain to northern Scotland - a trip that involved two people and a cat flying from Malaga to Paris, one person and a cat staying there while the other person flew onwards to London, renting a car in London and driving through the Eurotunnel back to Paris, all three then driving from Paris back to the UK and all the way up to Scotland.     A few years ago, I spent an amazing month travelling between Kenya and Tanzania. A large part of that time was spent on safari. This is a podcast about that experience.     Ep1: The psychology behind why I travel so much

    As a fetus, I went to France. I didn't go anywhere else (of note) until I was 18-years-old when my mother once again took me to France. I was hooked. Within a few short months, I had maxed out two credit cards and went to live in New York City for three whole months.  This podcast takes you through my childhood as I (inexpertly) attempt to psychoanalyse the reason behind my love of travel - a love that prompted me to quit a job I loved to go and see the world. 79 countries later, I ask the question: what's behind all this?     I'm Kelly O'Brien, a writer, travel blogger, and former journalist who's on a mission to visit every country in the world.  At the time of writing this, I've officially visited 79 countries... so I'm almost halfway there!  My love of travel started when I was around 18-years-old. Before this, I'd only ever been to my home country and to a convent in England.  This podcast is an effort to capture the inner workings of my mind - I share travel tips and tricks, country-specific advice, my top tourist attractions, funny anecdotes from my travels and, of course, go off on quite a few rants and tangents.
