This question - "What is your Disneyland" - might sound a little odd - but it will make you think.  It's inspired by Walt Disney's vision for creating Disneyland as the ultimate manifestation of his dreams.

My goal is to challenge you to reflect on your own leadership and career visions, asking you to identify your ultimate goal, legacy, and impact.  In this episode - we talk through insights and practical steps to define your aspirations, align with your values, and create a lasting legacy, just as Walt Disney did.
