During his decade-long tenure there, Aaron worked as a counselor and consultant working with individuals, couples, families, leaders, teams and organizations. In 2010 he moved back to London and founded One Thought to bring an understanding of The Three Principles to the mainstream through his work with businesses and organizations. Since 2010 Aaron has worked with many businesses, governmental and military organizations the National Health service to help individuals and their organizations function better in clearer deeper states of mind. He also runs introductory and professional practitioner programs, speaks at events and conferences internationally. An outcome for many is embodiment of the loving nature that they already are so that they can live in peace. Deepening her understanding of the inside out nature of life has gifted Ellen with peace of mind, loving self-talk, clarity with decisions and experiencing radiant health during varying diagnoses. In addition to having a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness Health and Healing, Ellen has a Certificate in Soul-Cen tered Professional Coaching, and she shares the Three Principles understanding.  Her journey has been blessed coaching nearly 1000 divine beings using a human experience to remember who they truly are. Ellen is an Insight Timer teacher and is in awe of the level of healing and sustainable change that she has witnessed for herself and in her clients.
