The standards are set high for this year’s Christmas Services (happening on a Sunday this year BTW.) But how do you manage the creative tensions? How do you get people to work together. This is how it often feels working at a Church in Christmas (or Easter for that matter.) But it doesn’t have to be. To this end we’re bringing in Ben Stapley to the conversation. His 17th Christmas working for the church, Ben has navigated this tension for a while, and knows how to not only manage the tension but thrive in it.
