The Rick Shiels Golf Show is a golf podcast (kind of) hosted by YouTuber, PGA Golf Professional Rick Shiels & Co-Host Guy Charnock. The podcast is released every Tuesday with a 'Clubhouse' episode every Friday. The podcast features all the latest news from The PGA Tour, The DP World Tour, LIV Golf and the world of golf. We also feature occasional guests and have had some of the biggest names in the world of golf on the show. Including, Bryson DeChambeau, Rickie Fowler, Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland, Ian Poulter, Justin Rose, Lee Westwood and many more. The aim of the Rick Shiels Golf Show is to entertain golf fans across the world and show the golf is a fun sport that can be easily accessible. Interviews with pros are OK, but not somethingi look forward to. I would rather listen to Rick and Guy banter about the previous week in golf, have a laugh about it and discuss upcoming content. I feel like too many of my favorites you tube golfers are spending too much time with pros. You can slowly watch them all transform into small businesses and while this is fine, it also seems like they are becoming the same.

The show is great. The show would be even better with out Guy. I stopped listening about year or so ago bc of Guy. It got to the point I couldn’t stand hearing him talk.. Guy likes to back track and make excuses for his previous statements when he gets called out instead of just owning to it. Guy just feels fake and feels like he’s trying to use Rick’s prowess for his own gain. I know I’m more than likely wrong about most of these accusations but it’s just my personal opinion and why I’m still giving the show 5 stars bc Rick makes the show.
