Therapist Jasmin is joined with therapists America and Jasmine who all host a podcast discussing many different topics affecting mental health. The idea is to get the conversation going about mental health and working to de-stigmatize going to therapy. Friends and family make appearances on different episodes to shed light on different issues and how they have affected them. You can eat the kale salad, hit the gym daily, but if you don’t deal with the stuff in your head and heart, then you’re still not healthy.

And remember you can hit the gym 7 times a week, only drink green drinks, and drink two gallons of water a day. Just remember you can hit the gym daily, walk 12,00 steps daily, drink a gallon a day,  and only eat kale but if you are ignoring the things going on in your head and in your heart then you're still not truly healthy.
