Best podcast for health tips and interesting facts to live healthier and longer!!! Short and sweet.
Dangerously doctrinaire

Dr. Greger’s bold claim that IBD can be managed with diet is completely unsupported. One study he cites has just 4 participants. Another is on a different disease. I’m vegan and believe plant based is healthy, but Dr. Gregor has never encountered a medical issue that can’t be solved by blueberries and broccoli. He makes vegans look like idiots. Simon Hill is a superior alternative.
Still learning!

I have followed you for years and I have your book How Not To Die. Very interesting! I plan on buying How Not To Age also. I’m 65 and when I went through menopause I had maybe one hot flash, and my menopause symptoms were very minimal. I attribute that to eating whole Foods plant based. You are one of the few doctors whose research I trust. Thank you so much, Dr. Greger! 💕💕

I love to hear this information while driving to work. It helps me keep track several videos at once. I read the books, I saw many videos and presentations and I never get tired of taking care of myself and others around me. Thanks for a great job.
